Sunny Prom is a scam. We purchased a dress and received a completely different dress of very poor quality, different style, fabric, color and look. Quite shocking. The item arrived later than expected. I contacted the “company” when the item was late and they responded that it was on its way. When we realized the fraud, I noted that they use a fake address (looks like a residence) and a fake number (according to reviews I later researched and saw). I don’t want this to happen to others. It’s a shame to have been duped.

I ordered two dresses from this website and they never came. I never received a tracking number. I emailed them with no response. When I called the number on the website, a woman answered and said “Loan Department”. I tried to gather more information from her but she just kept telling me it was the Loan Department and asked if I needed a loan.

I bought a dress 3/29/25 and the website states that it hasn't shipped yet. Their shipping policy says it takes 1-3 to process, then 7-12 days to ship and deliver. It says "If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone." which they have not done. I have tried to call and email them but no answer.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. My credit card was charged and I received an order confirmation. After a week and no shipment notification I sent an email but never received a reply. Two weeks later, I called and the phone was answered by someone who said they reduce credit card debt and never heard of Sunny Prom.

I ordered a dress for my daughter on this website and paid with a credit card. I did receive a confirmation email but no information on tracking. It has been a month since I ordered and I have not received the item or any shipping/tracking information. I emailed the email address on the website twice and did not receive a response. I called the number on the site and a representative from “Helping Hand”, not Sunny Prom answered. Do NOT buy anything from this site - it is a SCAM!

I ordered a dress for my daughter, received an order confirmation but never received any shipping info. I emailed the address provided on the website twice, but never got a response. I called the number provided on the website, and reached a person who was not affiliated with the company. I checked google maps for the street address provided on the website, and it is a residence. So, this website is a total scam. I have my credit card company working on getting my money back, and had to cancel my card in case it was going to be used in fraudulent activity.

I ordered a dress from Sunny Prom on March 7th. Their website indicates that processing orders takes 1-3 days, and shipping orders takes 7-12 days. It has now been 17 days and I haven’t even received a shipping confirmation, which they said they would email right after my order was processed. I emailed them and they did not respond.

On March 10, 2025, I ordered a dress from sunnyprom.com and received confirmation email that the order was received and that it's on the way. They provided the order #10151567.

The website states that orders are shipping within 1-2 business days. Since March 10, there has been no other communication from sunny prom. I tried calling the phone number listed on their website and the number is no longer in service.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from Sunny Prom.com on 3/01/25 and have not received any shipping information. When I tried to call them at the phone number they provided on their website of 218-608-2227 I get the message that my call cannot be completed as dialed. I emailed them on Tuesday, 3/11/25 at [email protected] and have not received a reply. I cannot track the order because I don't have any shipping information. I looked up the address on Google Maps and it shows as a persons home.

Placed on online order on 2/28/25 for a prom dress for my daughter. I received a confirmation of my order by email, but no further communication. Per their website, all orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 days after the order is placed. It is 3/11/25 and we have received no shipping notification. Also, I have received no response to my inquiry via email to [email protected]. The phone number on their website is invalid. The address on their website, per Google Maps, is clearly a residence. There is no business filing by Sunny Prom on Minnesota's Secretary of State's website. My conclusion is that this website is a scam and I'm out $73.51.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from Sunny Prom.com on 1/26/25 and have not received any shipping information. When I tried to call them at the phone number they provided on their website of 218-608-2227 I get the message that my call cannot be completed as dialed. I emailed them on Tuesday, 2/4/25 at [email protected] and have not received a reply. I cannot track the order because I don't have any shipping information. My daughter says this website is all over TikTok and has good reviews but I now believe I have been scammed because I cannot get in touch with anyone. I looked up the address on Google Maps and it shows as a persons home. Please help to get my money back and warn others of this issue.
