It started with a raffle that just about every family entered while attending Disney on Ice at the Hershey Center. I received a phone call stating I had won the free family vacation and that I would need to drive to one of the Sundance Vacation offices to fill out the paperwork to claim it. So my roommate and I went up and were asked to sit through a presentation. I thought nothing of it till after. They pull each family or individual into the back and pressure you hard to purchase a vacation package. Both my roommate and I tried multiple times to decline and they just kept pushing knowing it was late and we needed to get our kids picked up. They finally had pressured me into signing a promissory note for a vacation package. I tried calling in December and canceling the entire thing because I realised I will never have the time or money to use any of the vacations or services I was paying for and I no longer can even afford the monthly payments or the yearly service charge. Oddly you can't back out of that either. Mind you I never even got to use my "free trip" that I had "won" as they claim because I didn't have the $300 booking fee or an available time to take the trip. I'm not sure how they can continue to force me to pay for a service I have never used or received yet here we are. I have probably lost around $3,200 to them and it continues to grow each month.

This caller said that they received my information from a home show that I attended (I did attend). I received a voicemail saying that “Sundance vacations” had “very special” news for me regarding my recent contest entry. When I looked up the number, it was on another website listed as a “college knowledge advisor” regarding financial advice. I was also provided a 1-800 number to call back on, despite getting the call from this initial number.

SCAM!! Paid my deposit for the "free vacation" months ago and have received no follow up since than. Went onto the GOCRV website for an update and my account no longer exist.

They bring you in and have the WORST sales pitch ever. Try and bring in "managers" to sell other products. Managers came in because "they forgot an item in the office" and try and sell something again.

They are only there to sell you an overpriced vacation package that doesn't give you any flexibility.

My wife and I went to the zoo, and they had a raffle drawing for a car that we entered on July 9th 2016. Yesterday on July 29th 2016 my wife received a voicemail from a lady saying she was from Sundance vacations and she entered a raffle at the zoo and that she had great news and to call her back. My wife called her back and the lady says she won a trip for two to The Virgin Islands, Cancun Mexico or Puerto Rico. She scheduled an appointment for us to come to Monroeville Mall for her to explain more about the free 4 day 3 night trip, to explain more about what services they offer and that we would also receive 2 free pirate tickets. She said that we just needed to bring two forms of id. When we got to our appointment today at 1:00pm there was alot of other people there and the lady asks my wife for 2 forms of id and asks me for 1 then gives a form and a vacation survey to fill out. The form said that we only had to pay a refundable fee for the free vacation for $198 for the taxes which was not supposed to be due at that time but we did have to sign those. After we fill out our papers they send a group of us into a room were explains what packages they offer. One package was $20000 and the other was $15000. After the presentation was over each family sat with one person who then tries to talk you into paying them $20000 or $15000 today for one of there packages. I told them we weren't interested because I didn't come there expected to pay for anything. So the guy goes and gets the director who then tries to give us a deal for $200 which I also said we werent interested in. It just didn't feel right that was a very big discount I just felt like they were trying to get our credit card information at this point. The director goes and sits with another family and the first guy just sits there and I asked him where the pirate tickets were and he says in the back and still just sits there then finally says he'll go get them after a few minutes. Once he walks away my wife and I say let's go this doesn't feel right let's go forget the pirate tickets. We take the papers that we signed in the beginning because it didn't feel right leaving anything with our signatures on it with them. As we proceed to leave there's a lady in the door way blocking us from leaving saying that she needs the signed papers so we can have our free trip. I tell her no thank you we don't want it she then tries to snatch the papers out my hand saying she needs the signed papers. I tell her no that I'm not leaving anything there with our information on it and walked past her. The first guy comes over and asks what's going on and she says they won't give me the signed papers. He says I got your pirates tickets while theyre following behind us and I say I don't want them while I'm tearing up the signed papers and walking out the door. We never experienced anything like this in our lives. Get offered a free trip but then turn around and ask for $20000. Then when we try to leave stand in our way and try to snatch papers out of our hand
