Received a message stating that there was a legal complaint, and sealed documents needed to be delivered and that I had the right to mediation. Left the number 1-520-204-1404 to call back. I later returned to call and spoke to a woman who called herself Mrs. Richardson claiming to be from Sullivan & Schwartz regarding a Maurices credit card. When I stated I was unaware of what they were talking about they claimed I had made payments on this card from 2010-2015 which is completely false. When I informed her that their information was incorrect, she said rudely "so you want us to move forward with this" I said "Do what you have to do because you have incorrect information" and she hung up immediately.
