A representative came to my address within 40minutes, they seemed very nice, but then they removed the lock entirely and said they had to go to the store for a replacement. They wrote me a receipt and charged my card via Square and never came back. The receipt was sent by a different company called American Dispatch Service from the number (833)239-7012. When I called the same website number (978)612-5030 to ask when the locksmith would be coming back to replace the lock, they "escalated" my call to Customer Service and I got a call back from a different number. That number was (855)828-9999 and came up as "Amer Lcksmth Sv" which again, seemed legitimate, but the woman Gricely who was supposedly the highest level of help available wouldn't give me any company info, their address, their billing department, any other supervisors names, or even her last name. I asked if there was a way I could verify that this business is even a real business and she evaded my question entirely and said "she was not at liberty to disclose that information." And that's when I realized I had just been scammed and had to call the Sudbury MA PD to report the issue. They confirmed that they had received a call about a situation similar to mine within the last week and are investigating both Sudbury Locksmith Service and American Locksmith Service. BEWARE
