We ordered family pajamas from this company on November 1st, 2023. On November 23rd, someone by the name of Bascom Lioslaith contacted us and stated that delivery time varies from 15 to 20 business days internationally. I continued to complain as we never received our product or any information as to where our package was. On December 19th, we received an email from the same individual, Bascom Lioslaith stated that the tracking number is AT120883268CN, and they were using a company at https://www.17track.net/en to deliver this package. I continued to watch this package as it then gave me an estimated delivery date of December 23rd. Ordered on November 1st, estimated delivery of December 23rd. We were home all day, and when I checked the tracking number roughly an hour ago and now it states the package was delivered. We did not receive the package, we did not getting any communication otherwise, and we will likely never see our pajamas nor get our money back. Horribly disappointed in this decision to purchase this through this company.
