I ordered several pairs of shoes and a hoodie from styhood.com. The add on Facebook said they were having a bye direct from manufacturer and the product were over 80% off for a limited time. After waiting for over a month they said it was delivered and signed for but refused to show any proof and said they were resending the products. After waiting another month, nothing showed up and i contacted the customer service email again. To wich they proceeded to ask if they could refund 75% of the money and i said absolutely not. Now they have told me the refund was made but it would take 15 to 25 days to get back depending on the bank. I replied nothing in the financial world takes 15 to 25 days for a transaction, it 2025. They then said i would receive the funds in 7 to 10 business days and it has been another month now since then. And i have not received anything. I have made several posts about this specific company and have had several people replied saying that pretty much the same thing happened to them.
