Studntdocpay.com is a Scam!

This scam was tied into President Biden's promise of student loan forgiveness. My brother received a letter in the mail from American Doc Pay nine months ago in June of 2021. This fake company is associated with Studntdocpay.com. My brother thought it was legit because the scam was so complete and elaborate, he failed to detect it. They contact you with all your student loan information and say that your student loan will be forgiven, but you still have to pay five to ten percent of the loan. The student loan will be forgiven once the percentage is paid in monthly installments. If it is too good to be true it usually is. Don't fall for it.

This company contacted me about forgiveness for my student loan through the mail and then email. Offered forgiveness towards my student loan for a fee. They took monthly payments of 300.00 dollars for 6 months and now want 40.00 dollars a month and they take it straight out of your bank account and the money doesn't even go towards your loan. It's a big time scam and has been taking advantage of innocent people who cannot afford any trouble with their student loans this company is fraud and you will never get your money back! Please I'm asking for help stopping this and getting relief from my painful suffering mentally and financially!

SCAM COLLEGE LOAN REPAYMENT

I was targeted by this company and later harassed into paying back my loans through them when the pandemic started March 2019. They faithfully take $40 from my account every month since (34 months) and had an over $100 start fee. This has not made even a scratch in my actual school loans. I can’t afford for them to continue this not that it should’ve started at all. I would like a refund.

My wife was scammed by these people to try and “forgive” her student loans. It’s a completely illegitimate business. They said there was a “processing fee” that they would take in installments, so they needed her bank account information. They contacted the student loan company with her account information and filed for a 6 month forbearance and changed her contact information so that she wouldn’t get any phone calls or letters and it would seem like the loan was forgiven. After I found out what they did I called my bank and they were able to get the $299 back and immediately cancelled my bank account and contacted the credit bureau. I called them and kept getting hung up on so I kept calling back and they said “oh no we’re not a scam but we’ll terminate your wife’s contract right away for you” their conformation email was so fake it made me laugh. It said something along the lines of “Your contract is terminated as of today” it had no confirmation number or anything. Do not get involved with these people!!!

I’ll end with this, STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS DOES NOT EXIST!!! It’s for federal employees and you will find that information on the US department of education government website. Don’t be fooled by these scam artists.

I need this scam to stop immediately; especially, if my student loan service has no recollection of it. I already have my loans consolidated with an income base repayment and actually had no idea till the end of my call they were going to deduct this $29.99 a month for calling them to consolidate my student loans.

$29.99 is being deducted a month for a participation with them on helping me get my student loans consolidated. According to my provicer: FedLoan Servicing, they have nothing to do with them, so I think I'm being scammed and would like my money back from them if possible.
