I have high school students and I received a call saying they received my information from the school that my junior student is a high achiever and was recommended for this ACT prep test and materials. They said for $250 they could take a pre-test and then go over the results on a call with a person that could help them improve for the real exam in addition they said they were sending materials to help them study and prep for the test including sample questions and answers etc. I received nothing but I paid them the $. The number they called me on was 612-521-7235 and it's now disconnected. When I call the number 888-612-0489 and leave multiple messages I get no call back. I reached out to our high school where they said they got my info from and the high school knows nothing about such organization. I finally called them again yesterday & left a message told them I am reporting them as fraud and to the Better Business Bureau if someone doesn't call me back & they did call me back were very rude and I asked when is the test and when is the call and when will we get the materials and a lady said they sent the flash drive with the info (I have received nothing) and she hung up on me and told me to call the post office. I see others have reported them as well! This is terrible!!! They should be ashamed of taking advantage of parents like this.
