Ordered a stroller never received it for months. I called number no longer in service, emailed multiple times . Nothing!
Called my credit card and got full refund then they decided to send it. Do not order from them worst product ever. Car seat is so cheaply made it all plastic would not ever put my child in it. I ordered all black and rose gold. I got red, maroon , black and rose gold. You get what u pay for! It's cheap because it is cheaply made. I will be getting a refund and they can have this pile of junk back

I went to purchase a stroller for my newborn grandchild. The stroller my daughter wanted I seen online at this stroller's R us for a great price I placed my order the same day on April 27th, my item#1647, and I have not received my item they also constantly keep sending me More ads of purchase. On May 15th I sent an email asking about my purchase. A representative named Michael responded back on May 17th, "Due to the weight of the product, we have to ship it through special carrier services. It might take another 7 - 8 business days to be delivered to you. Due to COVID restrictions on the limited workforce in our warehouses and factories working on production and shipping we are facing delays in delivery." Yet still no package. On June 1st I sent another email requesting my money back, and as of today I have not heard back from anyone through phone or email..
