I Benjamin Kellyman, who live in New York is having the same exact issue with my order (FULL SIZE AIR MATTRESS WITH FRAME & ROLLING CASE) I placed online in June 2022. With that price, I should have gotten suspicious. My complaint is very similar to that of the above writer's complaint that my order was delivered where in HARTSVILLE, SC 29550. I live in New York, that, to me, was a poor excuse. After consulting the company, I was promised redelivery to the correct address given to them, but to date, nothing has arrived. Just to prove to you, this is what I got from them and my reply. I accept if this is not another run-a-round hopeless situation.
As I have mentioned, if the merchandise is not delivered by the end of December,
I would like a refund. My patient is now running thin. Thank you.

The reason why you haven't received your package may be that the post office lost it, or that the courier left the parcel on your doorstep directly and someone else took it.

The above is your last response. I have patiently been waiting for over the 7 working days you mentioned. It is now November 6... and todate, I have not received the item I purchased. FULL SIZE AIR MATTRESS WITH FRAME & ROLLING CASE...ORDER NUMBER LW246141265CN (LW246141265CN).
WHAT IS GOING ON? WAS THIS A SCAM? I WOULD LIKE TO GET A REFUND.
IN ADDITION, I AM GOING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH
THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO FIND OUT IF ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS
BEEN HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH THEIR DELIVERY.

I have been sending numerous emails but getting no response. I do believe it's a scam company. I guess the $45.99 I'm not going recoup. I hope something can be done with this company to avoid other future online problems. Thank you!
