It does not need to be forwarded by your local courier, so you cannot check our parcels on your local courier query website.
In order to help you get this problem resolved as soon as possible, we have negotiated with the courier based on your feedback.
The courier told me that the tracking information showed that the package had been signed for, but they could not provide us with proof of receipt.
