Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Exact same occurrence at a public street paid parking in Ferndale MI. Called and spoke with a female with a very heavy foreign accent. She said the account was cancelled but after checking, $1.95- $1.95 and $34.95. We disputed the charges and they reversed the two for 1.95 but had to investigate the 39.95. What a scam and how do these municipalities allow it to happen on their signs.

I was in Plymouth MA at a parking lot you need to pay for parking. I googled what the sign said to pay with a parking app. I am familiar with this parking pass pay app. However it looked like the one I previously used in RI at a beach. But I put in all my information and card number to pay but some thing went wrong and it signed me up at Streamentertainment.net and I realized something wasn’t right. I searched their website which is shady and was unable to cancel my card or delete the acct I just made. I called the number provided in that Saturday and a sketchy persons voice mail to call back Mon thru Fri for billing needs. I then contacted the same number and each time I called it said to breach billing dial 53# then it hangs up. I called back. It gave another number 60# then hangs up. They tried to have 1.95 from wathtixyz taken from my acct but my bank did not authorize and sent me a text approve or deny. I locked my card and I denied the payment. Im very concerned this website is still up and running. I took screenshots of the website and bogus contact information.
