I am a senior, I was targeted in the street, he offered to do gutter leaf guards for low price. I said not now. Next day when I got home from shopping a worker was tearing my gutters off, I said stop but he couldn't speak english and handed me phone to contractor who told me gutters were old with holes and had to come off. He told me he would give me a really good deal but as work went on he told me roof beam condition was worse than he thought needing reinforcement (fraudulent) and costing much more money. Not realizing the fraud involved I paid $6000 cash and $20000 money order for materials. Work stopped for a week and he phoned me for $5000 more. I said no and I never heard from him again. He (john *****) doesn't answer his phone, his email is non operational and his address is fraudulent . I cannot contact his other workers either. (tho ********, eddie *******)
