Unfortunately I have fall victim to being scammed by this company who took hundreds of dollars from me and had me find legal documentation. That took my social security number my credit card info where I live where my children live and scam me out of money they lied and said that they will help me file my taxes and help me make an agreement with the IRS with making a payment plan. They are refusing to cancel my contract they had me agree to paying $6,115 in 14 months. I received a text saying there was a urgent matter regarding my tax case. So I call and a man says how much do you owe in taxes. I said what do you mean how much do i owe you have all my info already. So the representative says fine ill take you off the call list and hangs up on me. Mind you I just made my contract 24hrs previous to this and was charged $437. So i call the number back and i get a different person who wouldnt tell me their name. I ask to speak with Jack Walton they tell me to hold and im transferred to 12 different representatives non of which are Jack. So now im asking to please cancel my contract. The 12th representative hangs up on me. So i call Jack Waltons supposedly direct number and a man answers i say hello is this Jack Walton he says no are you a client. I said yes and i want to cancel. I explained to him what I experienced. He still still didnt give me a name and said im gonna transfer you. I said I already been transferred 12 times non of which were jack or his voicemail. He said yes ill transfer you. So i said i feel like at this point this is a scam i want to cancel my contract. He said i cant cancel because he cant open my case. Than i said im calling the better business bureau. Thats when he said hold on let me search for your file. So now im super livid. I said oh so now you can access my file. I knew you were a scam. He opens my file says i dont have a case manager he going to text Jack Waltons cell phone and have him call me. I said he needs to make sure he calls me because at this point im contacting the better business bureau. So Jack Walton calls me 3 minutes later. He immediately says good news we contacted the irs off your behalf. I interrupt him immediately and say jack do you have proof of this because after my experience i just had to go through from multiple representatives that didnt even give me their names i truly feel that your a scam. He said what do you mean. So i said jack do you have proof of speaking with the irs? He starts laughing and says he sent me a contract of a payment plan if he was a scam he would've charge me the full $6100. I said Jack where can i see proof that you contacted the irs? He than says if you look at the contract i sent you it states all the representatives names of the lawyers that work for him. So i said Jack in other words you dont have proof. That contract also says i have 5 days to cancel I want to cancel. And he said i would be stupid and an [censored] if i cancel that i would get into trouble with the irs. I said perfect let me be stupid and a [censored] and cancel. I refuse to work with someone who thinks that can scam me and disrespect me. Thats when he said who at home was in your ear and said we are a scam is it your fiancé because we took all your money. I said are you serious my business is my business and my fiancé business is his business nobody was in my ear about anything Im not gonna tolerate this disrespect. Thats when he says the only one being disrespectful is you camisha for wasting my time and my business. So i said jack are you refusing to cancel my contract im now begging you for 1 million times to please cancel my contract. He said no because your having a bad day im suppose to cancel your contract im not canceling it until you give me a reason. I said i already explained why and now im being disrespected. Who do i have to call to cancel my contract. Do i have to call the bettet business bureau, the irs, the feds because you have my social security number the address where my children live my bank information my money, do i gotta call a lawyer or the police to report you as a scam. He than says be careful who your playing with i will come after you if you think you will take this to the internet. I said are you threatening me jack? I know what defamation is I dont need to do defamation your disrespect and poor customer service is the problem and i am reporting it to the BBB. he said great ill be coming for you this is a recorded call. I said great im glad its a recorded call where you threatened me multiple times called me dumb stupid and a [censored] and refused to cancel my contract. I said i cant believe you really scammed me you have all my info. He said good luck because im not representing you. I said perfect make sure you send me a email confirmation of the cancelation and he hung up on me. 30 minutes later still no email
