They had a sale on the Website https://www.step2toysusa.com/hot-wheels-toddler-to-twin-race-car-bed.htm

Originally showing a price of 139.99 then at check out the price went down to $90.99 with tax and shipping included. It only allowed PayPal payments . I used my PayPal account. On the website it said it was successful. Received an email from PayPal confirming and an estimated delivery of 3-7 business days. It has been over a week and they charged me 2 payments of $90.99 in total amount of $181.98 . I have made several attempts of rectification. Haven't received any information regarding the problem since I reported it to PayPal.

Website was set up like a legitimate website. Payment was made through PayPal. Never received an order confirmation, purchase number, or any other tracking information regarding my purchase. No contact information besides an email

Invoice was never sent, nor order confirmation. Initiated a claim with PayPal then seller sent a tracking number to my home address showing the item was delivered, when it was never sent.
