I purchased a 2 night stay on their website on a non refundable stay. Once we arrived the hotel said that our stay had been relocated with no other information. Once we called the company they gave us another confirmation number and hotel said again they were full and those numbers did not work for a stay there. After multiple calls and emails to the company they sent me this:

) Convert the amount paid into Staywallet credit, a discount that is activated in your user account within 24 hours. The credit will have a duracion of 2 years from the day it's applied after which it will expire.

2) Refund to your card. The refund can take approximately 7 days to be processed.

I responded with option 2 and i have not heard back.

This hotel charge me and my family for a hotel we canceled the next day.
After trying to cancel they lied and said we can only get a refund by the hotel. The policy stated if we canceled within three day we
Get a full refund it was never honored.

They have similar reviews all over. They aren’t even a American based company so they don’t have to adhere to US code of conduct. Don’t share your credit info, they are based in Spain, which is known for fraud and scams.

We search for hotels and clicked on one and it took us to the stay for ling website. We made a reservation. It charged our card $18. Two days went by and we never got a confirmation email. We called the hotel and they had no record of the reservation. We went to the website. There is no customer service. The phone at the top of the website is fake tel:+441173702990. We found a different number in the FAQs. We called it many times to which you hear a recording that just says "Hello" over and over until the call drops. We called back many times and the Hellos are the same distance apart. We finally found our booking and it says Voucher number: Pending Booking status:Pending. Again, this was multiple days after we made the "confirmation" it should have been booked.
