Then, a few days later they requested another amount of $760 to be sent and the reasoning for this was because I am living in Canada and this amount would cover the taxes while their lawyer team verified that I am Canadian. I sent the money.
They called for a third time requesting more money to cover the insurance fee as this was my first loan with their company. I declined and requested a refund.
She told me to call the next day and they will work on processing the refund. I called the following day and she said their team would be processing the refund and I would receive a full refund in my bank account (I sent my bank info for the loan in my initial contact with the CSR) in a month time; August 10 2020.
August 10th 2020 has since passed and I have not received my money back and they refuse to return my phone calls or messages.
