Received official looking letter about our home warranty expiring. We weren't aware we had a home warranty, and letter also showed wrong mortgage lender, but a local one. Called to verify it wasn't legitimate, and representative on phone asked for some basic personally identifiable information (name, etc.). He asked if we wanted to extend our warranty (which we weren't aware we had one) then became verbally combative when asked what firm I was actually speaking with. This is a scam.
