I placed an order with Starluck Flowers after they appeared online as a local florist in my area. After they accepted my payment, they abruptly cancelled the order.

It’s now been 35 days since that cancellation, and despite five follow-up emails, all I’ve received are vague replies saying they are “working on my issue.” No refund has ever been processed.

After this experience, I researched the company and found numerous similar complaints on Trustpilot, BBB, and Reddit, all describing the same pattern—orders accepted, cancelled, and refunds delayed or never issued. Many reviewers call the company a scam.

Their own website claims a “100% Refund Guarantee” within 10 business days, yet dozens of people—including me—have waited weeks or months without resolution.

I ordered flowers on 7/14/25. I was told they could not complete and they issued a document saying refund given. no refund was ever received and I have been in touch with Robertha Kiley who keeps telling me they are working on it. they no longer have that website up.

I ordered flowers online for my niece. Like the other persons complaint I saw on here, my order was just cancelled the next day with no explanation. They said a refund would be sent and of course it still hasn't arrived. After several emails, I called the phone number and you could tell it was a scam by the way they talked. I really wish something could be done about these people.

My boyfriend attempted to send me flowers he put his credit card information on this website that took the money and then emailed him after taking the money saying the flower shop in the area was closed and that he was refunded but he never refunded and upon me looking into it seen that it is a continuous scam in multiple states I was in California and he was in Minnesota at the time

I found Starluck online. They claimed to be local but aren’t. My sister made me aware as I’m out of state (trying to deliver in MT and I’m in CA). I tried to call back but the phone number was no longer valid and the email are their website goes nowhere. I then got an email saying they were going to refund me though I was unsuccessful is contacting them. From a Robertha Kiley.

I placed an order online with Starluck Flowers on 3/28/2025. Shortly after the processing, I received an email from Robertha at Customer Service, indicating that my flowers could not be delivered to the address I provided. She/They assured me that a refund would show up on my credit card within 5-10 business days. About three weeks later I sent another email to Robertha, and they were still processing the refund. On 4/24 I sent another message and received a similar response.

They were posted online google search for a local flower company with same day delivery. My grandma called the number listed at the bottom of the website to order flowers, a man answered and you ordered your flowers, they asked for her name, phone number and address as well and the same information for the recipient of the flowers and were promised same day delivery. The flowers were never delivered and when called the next day, they were asked for an address to come in and pick up the flowers. They gave her a fake address and preceded to ask over and over if she was placing another order. She then preceded to ask for a refund and they hung up the phone.

I was ordering flowers for our employees and was looking for a flower shop online, they are the FIRST ONES, to pop out (not sure why if they are scammers) and I bought flowers for both states Colorado and Arizona, within 2 hours of placing the order I received an email stating they couldn't find "drivers" to deliver the flowers so had to cancel my order. I placed the order on December 20, 2024, and have yet to receive a refund, it is no January 20, 2025.

Ordered flowers from this website. Payment accepted then immediately received an email saying my order had been canceled by the local agent and my money would be refunded. Three weeks later, despite two email exchanges money has not been refunded. Yelp contains many reviews saying this business is a scam - I should have done my due diligence
