Order from STARLAND resulted in a PayPal charge to a different name

From Yahoo search, the website STARLAND came up. I reviewed the shoe store website, purchased. Then email confirmation came from service@paypal saying “You have authorized a payment to Cristian Hernández”. Next email advised that Cristian Hernández increased my price. Then a third email came “ Your Cristian Hernández order is on its way”. With a bogus USPS tracking number. The tracking number showed items already delivered to a Hollywood address on August 9, 2025. My order date was in September. I am currently disputing the charges for the $174.00 I lost.

Ordered a ski vest from STARLAND and never received it

While surfing the net attempting to find a RAB Cirrus Flex 2.0 ski vest at a good price a website from a company called STARLAND came up, on the site Bambudan.com. It appeared to a legitimate clothing company. It contained photographs of several other items that could be purchased. After purchasing the vest and a Helly Hanson fleece top for a total of $142.57, I received a receipt in an email from starland
