I received an ad from Facebook promoting Stan Lee's subscription box. I am a fan of Marvel so I had to have it. I made the purchase on September 22, 2017 at around 2100. The order number I was given was #16957. I paid a total of 58.98 dollars including shipping. The original cost of the box was 49.99 dollars. I emailed [email protected] to find out when the box would ship, and Chloe Thompson responded with, "Your box is scheduled to ship around October 16, 2017. When October 16th, 2017 came, I noticed no tracking number was sent to me. So, after numerous emails I was told the box would ship the last week of October 2017. When the last week of October came, I asked again, and they said it would ship the first week of November 2017. We are already in December and I was given a bogus fake tracking number November 21, 2017 that has no activity on it. Chloe Thompson has stopped responding to my emails, and I still have not received my package. There are more angry customers on Facebook complaining about not receiving their package as well. This website needs to be shut down because they took our money and never delivered the product promised. They charged us again for the next box, and still have not sent anything. They are money cows taking advantage of customers like myself. I don't know who else to turn too. Please do something about this.
