I emailed them asking if I can bring in my stamps in person and they said “we only accept submissions by mail and do not have an office open to the public for security purposes to help protect our customers stamps”. They also attached a paper for the amount of stamps I sent in and the face value of them. I sent 300 stamps, $204 total face value. I got a confirmation email saying my stamps have been received and they are processing it and to not email because it was slow down the process. I emailed them a week later and I received no response back unlike the first time I emailed.

I went on ScamPulse.com and tried to file a claim and says the business could not be found. I just left the location “Clovis, CA” and put “Stamps” in the business section and 4 businesses popped up with the same address. They are “Return My Stamps”, “West Coast Stamps”, “Sell Unused Stamps”, “Prison Stamps Exchange” and they all have the same address: 1077 N Willow Ave Ste 105-405, Clovis CA 93611-4415
