The company said product was on hand and would be shipped out within 3-5 days, and I paid for 3-5 day delivery. The product did not arrive untill 35 days after delivery. I had asked to have the order cancelled on the third day. It hadn’t even been fulfilled, nor made it to shipping per their own tracker. They denied cancellation, and put me off for all 31 days of the 35 day total. I asked for a refund, was turned down. I asked to speak with a higher up manager or ceo level representative, and was denied. Poor customer service, poor distribution, poor accuracy on ordering and shipping. Horrible service.
