I placed an order on April 1, 2025, with the understanding that it would ship by mid-April. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to follow up on the status of my order:

• May 7: Emailed—no response

• May 10: Emailed—received an automated message referencing a May 6 update

• May 18 and May 22: Emailed again—received the same automated message each time

To date, I have not received any substantive updates or a confirmed shipping date. I also could not locate a customer service phone number on your website to speak with someone directly.
