A friend of mine has been receiving texts regarding having an advertising decal placed on her vehicle that i had inquired about when i saw their ad. I received a check yesterday in the amount of $2997.50 with a note stating to let them know when i got it and for me to deposit the check and keep $500 for myself and the rest i was to pay the installer, when they send me a text with all the pertinent info.
The check is from: metropolitan commercial bank out of new york .
Company name on check: stage 2 networks, llc( which is a legit company also out of new york.
Check came in a ups next day air envelope with return address as newmont elko warehouse 4218 ruby vista dr #200 elko, nevada 89801.
Its amazing how they can and will continue doing this. Il will be forwarding all info to the fcc.
