In August 2017 I was contacted via phone by Amy Allen (Brokers Lic # 21017005395 MO) of Madison Point Partners of Kansas City MO stating they had a buyer for my Cancun Mexico Timeshare with an offer of $51,910 USD, which I accepted. Ms Allen informed me the closing transaction would be handled by St Josephs Escrow Services of Phoenix, AZ. SAhe stated there would be an 8% commission I would have to pay and a 10% transfer fee $5,191., but be reimbursed. St Josephs sent a statement on a Bank of America letterhead indicating the funds were in my name. After I made the transfer to a bank in Mexico, Michael Wilson of St josephs notified me I would have to remit $8,305.60 + $3,114.60 6% NAFTA fee. St Joseph's sent me a letter of guarantee. Summing it up I am out $19,861.10. I am 84 years old, a Disabled Veteran. I want to stop these people from hurting anyone else. St Joseph's Escrow claims to be associated with St Joseph's Catholic Church of Phoenix, AZ.
