Type of a scam Government Grant

I am an IT professional who specializes in cybersecurity, so I lead them along to see what kind of SCAM they were trying to do. I have reported the conversation and the fake profile to Facebook and I believe they have since taken it down. The scammer created a fake profile of one of my friends (Mary) and sent friend requests to all of her fb friends and then the messaged anyone who accepted the friend request. I have screenshots of the entire conversation. Below is just the first screenshot.

I was contacted by who I thought was an acquaintance on Facebook.

This is a cut and paste from the Facebook contact. " The purpose of the Social Security Administration is to lessen poverty in the community funding the retired, Non retired, government workers, disable. I got $100.000.00 from them and it's not a loan. You don't have to pay it back and do you know how to apply for it?" Here is the next cut and paste from Facebook. They used the name Charles Bush. "Here is the claiming Agent in charge contact +1-717-590-9236...Message him now and let him know you heard about a grant and you are ready to apply.".

******* sent Today at 7:15 AM Next I received texts on my phone saying I had to provide information for a form.

Each text stressed the urgency and need to reply to petition for my information immediately. I texted back and said that once it all is verified by ScamPulse.com I will complete forms. Immediately I received this text on my phone. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?" The no more texts were sent to me.
