I was setting up business for yelp, once I did I kept getting calls which seem like yelp rep to help me. But realized I could never log in or even get reset password link. They call themselves walking me through the process, then said I should talk to set up team the next day they never called or sent me an email. I also was talking then all of a sudden phone sound like went down then a manager came on saying the rep phone was acting up, but was on the same phone the rep called me from. I sent my bank a message.
