Online order through Tik Tok. Paid with credit card. Emailed bogus tracking information. Emailed that delivery had been made after a month from purchase. Delivery was never made. I made three separate email contacts to give opportunity to deliver product. No phone number listed on website. I reported the fraud to my credit card company.

This was last email repsonse:

Your package has been delivered. If you have not received it, you may ask your family or neighbors if they have helped you pick up the package or ask the local post office. We will contact the staff to check for you again and give you a reply.
