My mom and I ordered face masks at the beginning of May from this website. It then took over a month to even be shipped and received and when we finally received the items, after emailing the customer service help-line several times, the items were completely incorrect and it didn’t even come with a receipt. We went onto their instagram page to see if others had gone through similar issues and in fact over the majority had the same issue occur. This company is scamming people during a world-wide pandemic. It is disgusting and wrong that they continue to do this to unsuspecting consumers who simply want to adhere to the face-mask mandate.

Wife ordered NFL logo shirt from SportsFanIsland.com. Received confirmation number and a receipt number from a Gearitee ([email protected]) along with a receipt from RMDY Clothing (both containing same confirmation and receipt numbers). This oddity caused me to investigate.

Gearitee contact info (e-mail, name, phone) is bogus. RMDY, a legitimate clothing company located in the UK, requested I send them a picture of their supposed receipt. Their response was, "Sorry to inform you this is a scam website where you've ordered from. We've reported this to the police and recommend you get in touch with your bank ASAP!" Needless to say, this had already been done, the charge was denied, and credit card number has been changed.

Web site is attractive, professional looking, and appears legitimate. Regardless, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WHERE TNE NAMES SPROTS FAN ISLAND IS INVOLVED. IF YOU BUY FROM ANY OTHER SITE AND THE NAME GEARITEE APPEARS, CLOSE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IMMEDIATELY.
