They have been calling every single day from the Special Resolution Unit (502-832-3758), sometimes multiple times a day. Today they left a different voicemail saying they were from the special resolution unit and this was their last attempt before the matter goes to collections. This was also the first time it was a womans voice. She said her name was Lillian Castillo.
