On December 7th, 2024, I had gone to the website sparkpaws.com because I had seen an advertisement that they were having a black Friday sale. I placed my order for quite a few items which qualified me for free 3-day shipping. I received an email 2 days later with a tracking number which took me to a website Track718 which was in Chinese. I checked this site regularly. On January 9th, 2025, I got a notification that my package had been delivered, however, I was home the entire day and nothing had been delivered. I emailed sparkpaws.com to let them know that I had not received my package, and to their credit, they have been trying to find my order number, looking up my email to try to find the order number, basically doing everything that they can do to help me. I'm still in communications with sparkpaws.com to get them the confirmation email with my order number, and the email was from eivros. So, I forwarded the email to sparkpaws.com and while waiting for a reply, I clicked on the link for eivros which took me to a clothing website. So I googled whether eivros was a scam, and it brought me to the BBB.org scam tracker website where I saw that others have experienced the same thing. It sucks that people have to go through this. I was really looking forward to my packages.
