I got a call that my child answered and christy mills proceeded to tell my child that if her mommy did not pay 800 dollars today her mommy will go to jail and she will go to foster care.

I got a call today from 231-333-5442 asking me to call 866-568-4463. It turns out they are calling me about some payday loan that they said I did online back on Oct. 12, 2013. They have all my current information; including my address, phone number, vehicles I own and my complete social security #. They said I owe $604. 40 which includes the loan and some other fees. I told her I needed to write the information down because I wasn't for sure this information was accurate. She said well you can pay the amount or we will have the attornies pursue a case for malicious intent to defraud the company or something else. She wouldn't repeat it when I asked her numerous times. She just states that have all your information and its accurate. So how will you like to pay? She had a very dry tone and was rude. Like I told her, I don't just pay for something I don't know anything about, especially to a company I have no idea who they are. She said they will move forward on getting this information to the attornies and hung up.

I received a call stating that they would put a lien on my house if I didn’t settle with them with a debt owed to Juniper bank. I saw a few others that have been threatened as well.

I was contacted by this business saying they was representing an attorneys office about a debt that I have had from ***. I had a debt from *** so I did stay on the phone and listen. I was then threatened and told at first that I would have a judgement put against me to go to court. I ignored it because I spoke to *** and they said it shows as my debt as being paid and I have nothing to worry about. I also did my research and talked to the FTC and found out they was under review already for violating the debt collectors law. Then they called back and said they was sending a sheriff to me and putting a warrant out for my arrest. I also found out that this was against the law for them to threaten legal action when it’s a civil matter. They have repeatedly disrespected me and I was even called stupid and hung up on. This company is trying to collect money from people by illegal actions and ways.

An Unknown person Called me from Number : 866-568-4463: introducing he was an Attorney for Wachovia Bank asking for over $1.000.000.Dollars I own to this Bank, I NEVER TOOK OUT A LOAN, He provided me my correct Name, Age, Social Security Number

to pay or He'll have sheriff knocking on my door to take me to court . Wells Fargo whom purchased Wachovia Bank which CLOSED years Back. Manager from Wells Fargo called the number 866-568-4463 who threaten me to place me in jail if I do not pay, said had to hang up cause it was a scam, the other party was asking her too many questions.
