Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
After purchasing, I became suspicious when the tracking information showed the package was coming from China — despite their heavy advertising of being based in the Hamptons. When the package arrived, I received cheap plastic-like pants that looked nothing like what I had ordered.
Upon further research, I found many reviews describing the company as a scam: they use photos stolen from other websites and send low-quality, inaccurate products. Their return policy is also extremely misleading. Although they advertise “hassle-free returns,” they actually make it very difficult: you must pay for return shipping (internationally), cover the cost of tracking, and they state they can reject the refund if they claim the item wasn’t returned correctly.
This company uses deceptive advertising, false location claims, and manipulative refund policies to discourage legitimate returns. I am seeking a full refund and wish to report this company to prevent others from being misled.
