How do I get him to stop.
Then today I asked again and he gave me an amount double what he said before.
I’ve never missed a payment.
I’ve paid more then what I owe
But if I don’t send money he doesn’t stop calling. I asked for a statement he sent me some thing with five things on it and it wasn’t even what I’ve paid so I told him I looked at my bank statement and I can tell you I paid you on time two payments a month for over a year you have definitely been paid what I/O you plus you’ve made a lot of money off me. My problem is he’s now doubled what he thinks I/O. I don’t know how to get him off my back because if I don’t send him any more money, he will call everybody nonstop has anybody successfully got him to stop calling?

Instead of being a reasonable lender they started to call the references on the list and they didn't communicate nicely about the situation. They robo-called everyone and disguised their number to do it. They harassed the crap out of everyone that they could for several days. The next time they made contact was to use another illegal tactic, they searched information online and found the name of the head of the company from my work place and proceeded to tell them that I was a crappy person and owed money to them and they should do something about it. After that they robo-called the boss for over an hour on a work cell phone and they did that twice.
The boss could not do anything but approach the legal team to see what could be done.
The next series of calls was them trying to contact everyone in the organization to tell them I was a horrible person that didn't pay her debts.
After all of this happened I got the call from the department manager because they got a call from the DOO. Not only were those calls stressful, they put my job on the line.
I tried to reach out to these [censored] for a phone number and some sort of legitimate business info and they just ignored me. Again after another week they started to call when I sent a message saying that I was being let go because of the harassment they were doing and disrupting the business by calling the phone number that they found.
After this, I sent another email requesting the same information because they would not respond to the other emails and I tried calling the phone numbers listed on some of the scam info.
Today I received a phone call that was really rude but I was ready for the bull that this person was going to do. He asked for me and I asked who is this? He would not answer me and kept repeating that I better call my loan company. So we played cat and mouse until he gave me a bogus name and said he was from (IDC) International Debt Collectors. Since I had been searching for info already I knew he was not telling me the truth and he was not a legitimate collector.
I used all the right questions to pursue the business address, phone number, business license and person' s name. The phone calls started to go back and forth from there because I phoned the number back and now they answer and want to know who is calling them. I asked for legitimate info again and this got nowhere. I was called all sorts of lowlife names and even threatened with the name of the big boss and then told I was going to go to jail for fraud. I was told that I was going to be kicked out of the establishment that I work in because they obviously thought I lived there. I was continually berated and belittled and told this person that all of these tactics were not appropriate for a legitimate business. Since he loved arguing with me so much he started to robo-call my cell phone for an hour and that amounted to 101 phone calls. All of them were now private number. I managed to get the 2 phone numbers and argued more about them not getting back to me and again this [censored] won't pick up the phone. They gave me a bogus name when they claimed to be the collection company and would not confirm what it was. The other name of course id the infamous Gates Dupies. Now this is just a fraction of what they are doing because I know there are many more people out there in the same boat.
They are also linked to another online lender with the same process. LibertyLoans500. They are the same scammers and there has to be a way to stop the crap that they are doing.

Has been caught… YES! Can’t find his website.. this means we have to fight harder to bring this clown to justice! Don’t pay that freak a penny for his illegal activities! And keep following up with the police.. they are on him. And when we find him everyone in his world gets to hear about him… the truth needs to come out! That illegal psycho has come after us and now it’s his turn… hmmmm can’t wait to get his real name.. hope his references are ready for all of us.
