Ordered Makita XT287SM1 18V LXT Li-Ion Brushless Cordless Trimmer/Blower Combo Kit at the end of September. Got an email October 5, 2022 stating it had been shipped. HAS NEVER BEEN RECEIVED AND CANNOT REACH ANYONE! Trying to check the tracking number doesn't work; says it's not found.

I ordered two garage door openers in September. They never delivered the stuff. I called and sent email to them many times, asking them to return the money, but they never responded. They are bull[censored] money suckers. FBI should arrest these suckers...

i ordered from them early august 2022, never received my order $70, reported to the gov, and my bank, 2 month later i got my $$ back from my bank not sure from the or my own bank

These people are thieves, liars, and scammers. They operate under five different names that I have found. Somibshop, Wikinger, Wgrksta, Werkstatt and a fifth name that is supposedly their US office in California. They stole $181.98 from me.

I purchased a Black and Decker stainless steel carafe for 50.04 dollars on September 6th 2022. I have yet to receive it. When I went to contact via email I received the below email failure notice. I have tried sending emails numerous times!

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up.

I have added the proof of purchase along with order number and tracking info. Will be contacting bank to dispute this charge!

Ordered a small shower unit on Aug 29, 2022. Card was charged the same day. On Sept 6, I received an email with a tracking number saying product had shipped. Upon receiving, the link said tracking info not available at the time. I have sent numerous emails with no replies and that link now says site not available. Definitely a scam. Guess Im out $226.00 :(

I have been reading up on the complaints. These people are scammers. Without repeating what others are saying. I ordered it in early September. I sent an email inquiring about my order and I got a reply below. Here I am in October without my product and the email is not working. The tracking number does not work either. I wonder if they are not stealing the credit card information. I hope they get caught.

On September 16 , 2022 , I did a Google search and found a good price on a website for a wet saw for cutting brick , ( somibshop.com ) and purchased with my credit card . Its now Oct 7 th and have not received my saw . After trying to contact to somibshop.com with no “ domain name “ and the phone number that was a false number and reading many negative reviews online after purchase I am now working with my bank to receive refund from purchase. Do not order from this website!

I ordered a box of floor tile on Sept. 3, 2022. Got an order confirmation and a tracking number. Tracking number was for a different product that went to a different state. Guess we're out $68.12. Website is no longer available.

I placed an order for bull noses for my staircase in the amount of $211.61. Of course I have not received my order. I tried to go to the website and track my order and the website is no longer up. This is insane. Not sure how to get my money back.

I got scammed by Somib.com on September 8, 2022. I reported Somib to the Federal Trade Commission at: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/form/confirmation.

I bought an EV charger cord and received a tracking number that never provided any information until it was "delivered", which it was not. I wrote an email to the company explaining that I never got my package and would like a refund because it's taking so long. The email is fake too.

Purchased a $210 ECHO PAS-***** Gas String Trimmer on-line. My credit card was charged for the $210 amount. After making the purchase I received an e-mail with a Tracking number and discovered the merchandise was coming from China (was not stated on original purchase web-site). After several weeks of tracking the item, the tracking website show it delivered to my address but what was delivered was a small USB cable that I did not order worth about $5.

Website and advertised items are fake. After ordering item, a fake tracking number is provided, and money is charged to credit card. Website says 24 hr support but all that is fake. No responses to email, contacts. Even the Facebook and twitter icons on website does not link to anything. 30 days and no item is received and no contact can be made. I had to report fraud with credit card

I ordered a leather tool belt for $278. I received confirmation and an order number, but did not receive an update in the following days. I sent an email to [email protected]. They replied and stated it takes 3-5 days to ship and asked me not to dispute this order because it would hurt their business. I waited 4 more days for an update and nothing come through. I tried to send another email and it would not go through. I’ve also tried calling the customer service number out of Florida and it goes to a fax line. This company is a total scam! I’ve started the dispute process with my bank.

I ordered a storm door on Aug 12 2022.. i received a confirmation of the order and my bank paid out 183.16. A couple of weeks later I emailed them that I’ve received nothing yet.. They emailed me back with a tracking number and an extension of shipment delays. Tracking number YT2223521273068358 showing the product coming from china and the shipping weight of .01 klgrams. This seemed odd. The phone number goes to a fax machine in Florida. I’ve emailed them again with no response. The tracking number shows 31 days out and due for delivery in 1-5 days. Do not order anything from somibshop.com and save yourself a lot of time and money.
