I purchased a puzzle board from the Solvera Shop website after seeing multiple ads online and through social media. I received an order confirmation email, and then later a shipping confirmation email. After a few days and not having received by order, I found that their website links and tracking links were no longer valid and were dead links. I discovered their Facebook account was created very close to when I started seeing their ads online. I believe this company is a scam and scamming people out of their money, and sending fake emails to make people believe their orders were legit. By bank will not refund me (Discover bank), and they suggested that I file a claim with you all to provide you the information on the scam purchase. Their are a few people online (reddit) that have experienced the same scam through this Solvera Shop and also never received their orders.
