Ordered a pair of Nike basketball shoes on the website called SOLESTARR. Although it is a United States address, the shoes shipped from Malaysia. Once received, the shoes were not the same color as what was shown on the website and they didn't fit correctly. I went on the website to return the shoes (as most websites allow)- lo and behold the website CHANGED NAMES. Now it is called RAREFOOT.COM and they told me I cannot return them because they are not defective. The return policy states you can make a return, but in fine print it states you can only return if they are defective. The company is "generously" allowing me to return them but only will repay 85%, PLUS a restocking fee of 15%! PLUS I have to pay shipping. It is absolutely ridiculous. Wish others would have warned me of this website. SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
