I ordered a solar LED wind chime on 12/30/24 to be delivered to my mother. After a week, I hadn't received a shipping notification. So on 1/7/25 I sent an email to customer service. A shipping notification was immediately sent with tracking information the next day. On 1/23/25, I received an email saying it was delivered. I spoke to my mother the next day and it was nowhere to be found. The tracking also said that USPS delivered it at 11:33 PM, not a time that the postal service is typically delivering. I emailed them on 1/24/25 about this. They encouraged us to contact the postal service. My mother went to the local post office and they let her know that they could not have delivered it because this tracking number doesn't exist. I emailed them again on 1/27/25 with this update, asking for a refund at this point because it clearly wasn't delivered. They indicated they would look into it and I should hear back in 1-3 days. I didn't, so on 2/4/25 I emailed again asking for the refund again. They responded on 2/8/25 only saying the package has been delivered and to check with my local post office if it hasn't. American Express thankfully refunded my card, but I do not want anyone else to order under this company.

BUY YOUR SOLAR WIND CHIMES SOMEWHERE ELSE

Ordered what appeared to be a unique and attractive solar windchime around May 1st. Here's a summary of what I experienced:

- The tracking link the company provides is useless and all it showed was it was shipped
- It took 10 days to arrive from China, yes it was shipped from China
- When I received it, I was underwhelmed by its very small size
- I hung the wind chime in direct sunlight for 2 days and it never lit at night regardless of which position the on/off switch was placed in
- Tried writing to the company to explain their solar chime does not work although the battery has a full charge
- NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM OTHER THAN WITH NEW EMAILS ADVERTISING MORE PRODUCTS THEY ARE OFFERING.
- The wind chime was greatly overpriced at about $$28-$29 plus about a $10 shipping charge so I'm out almost $40 for a wind chime doesn't work and a company that doesn't respond.

My advice is to avoid buying anything from "Solar Wind Led Chime"

They are clearly the worst internet based company I have ever dealt with and we purchase a lot of items over the internet.

Don't order from them. I ordered a few led lights and have not received my order from them since April 29th 2021. It is now July 12th. I've emailed them requesting status and they sent me a UPS link and when I checked the UPS Site is stated the label was made but no shipment had arrived. I've gotten, "it's on it's way, and sorry but it's due to COVID problems. I requested a refund and they stated they don't do refunds. This company is a scam. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

I called them and their number belongs to a debt collection company. It is a scam. Their phone number is 317-647-4614 and is listed on their website.

I purchased a Butterfly Solar Led Wind Chime (order # 3291) from this business online for $28.94 on May 26, 2020. I received an email on June 18, 2020 with shipping information with a China Post tracking # LY313639501CN. I hadn't received the item by June 26, 2020 so I emailed them about the item and I got an email stating that the wind chime had been shipped. I still did not receive the item on July 14, 2020 so I emailed them a 2nd time with no response. I have tried to call them several times with no answer. I have left a message each time and I have heard nothing in return. This company is a scam. They are taking people's money and not sending them the items they ordered.
