This company operates of out China and not only does it take a very long time to receive your products, they will arrive in very poor condition due to being shipped overseas in a polybag. I reached out to them asking for either a replacement or a refund. They are very expressive in their email communication but it's really just a lot of lip service with no action. I opened a claim with my credit card company and since the company did provide tracking numbers (even though my products were ruined in the shipping process), my claim was denied and the company kept my $600. Every time I reach out to the company, they do respond, but it's the usual emails you get from a Chinese company making empty promises. Once they have your money, game over. Now they are offering a partial refund but claim that they cannot process it due to my bank. Completely fraudulent company that will just continue to promise things with no action. Lots of lip service and empty promises. They make there money by writing nice emails and they will ship you "something" just so there's a tracking number and then it's hard to fight the claim. My only resort is to warn others not to buy from this company.
