I ordered from a site I thought was 32 degrees but after I purchased realized it was actually not 32 degrees and when I try to cancel the payment had already processed. This was 1/30/25 and I have been going back and forth with this email and they keep telling me the sage thing that they issued my refund but it's been 7 months almost to and still no refund. This company is such a scam. The tracking said it was delivered but it was never delivered. They made that tracking information up.
