I clicked on a sale ad from 32 Degrees while on FaceBook. I placed an order and never received it. I went back and forth with Customer Service " from January 29th, 2025 through April 14th, 2025, 13 emails.. They stated that my order had been delivered on two different occasions. Finally they agreed to refund my money for the order I never received. I should have received the with in the last two weeks. I have still not received it the refund.
