I ordered a Stitch bed time snuggle. It came and then the company debited again. My bank caught the fraud alert and gave me a number to call, They said i agreed to a subscription, I did not. I asked them to stop payments.

I ordered 2 stitch sleep buddies from a company called softr. I paid express shipping with a specific delivery date and it never showed. They took my money and have tried taking more money on 4 other occasions. I have contacted them several times and i get a generic response each time
