Avoid This Site – Lost Package, No Refund, and Double Charge

I placed an order through Smooche.com and paid extra for insurance. The package was supposedly lost, and despite the insurance, they never reshipped or refunded me. They offered a discount code that couldn’t even be used on the same item because it was already discounted (classic trap). Then they charged me again.

Customer support is dismissive and unhelpful. Their policies are vague and they do not take responsibility for lost orders, even when you paid extra to be protected. I now have to go through my bank to dispute the charge. Avoid this site at all costs—it feels like a scam.

The lip plumper they sold did not work and cost excruciating pain and harm to my gums my lips and my throat. They are impossible to work with they don't even have a phone number I have reported them to the FBI cyber, the FDA PayPal and I'm reporting them to you. I was lucky I got my money back after sending pictures of my burnt lips to PayPal. But there's many people that did not. There are many many victims out there. This product is harmful to your health. You could even lose your teeth. These people are irresponsible they will not guarantee their product and they don't even have a phone number. They are scamming people all over the world. So not only does it cause a lot of pain it is harmful to your body. I wasn't excruciating pain for 2 hours until I removed the product from my lips. But by then it had burned my gums and my throat. My gums are still in pain after a month. Can you imagine going on a date and kissing somebody with poison that burns on your lips? This product is harmful and on top of it it does not work. The company did not cooperate with me at all. They said they are not responsible for bodily harm. They also said they do not have to be FDA approved. If you look at comments under social media you will see all the people that they have harmed and scammed.

Tried product one time and it burned my lips, leaving blisters. I reached out to business to return the product for a refund and was told that since i tried the product i could not return the item. Clearly they are aware that their product is defective if that is their policy. Stay away from this company!
