Scam website Smoke-Way changed name after taking my money

This scammer has a website (smoke-way.com) for selling cigarettes and vapes that looks legit. Here are the categories they have on the scammer's site.

As soon as they got my money, $52.00, from Paypal they changed the website name from Smoke-Way to Tobacconear. And the instructions for me to send the money on Paypal as "friends" this way I coudn't get my money back. I later found out that it is not secure to send it as friends. Their information on the website is all fake. I tried contacting them at [email protected] but got no help. They are based in the USA.

Ordered from smoke-way.com and never received my items

I ordered through the Smoke-way website (smoke-way.com) on 9/28, used PayPal (friends and family as instructed by site), and the money was withdrawn immediately. I lost $173.00. Still waiting for delivery. I've been unable to contact the site by email ([email protected]) multiple times and there's no phone # listed. Probably won't be able to recover my money, but the site should be taken down or something to alert consumers.

Paid for product from smoke-way that never arrived, tracking shows it stuck in customs

Purchased and paid for product from smoke-way.com never delivered. Seller will request payment via PayPal under category as non commercial such as friend/family, and once payment is sent, seller provides tracking to something from overseas and arriving to US, getting stuck in customs and getting sent back. I lost $220.00. Seller appears to operate multiple sites which promotes and operates exactly the same as this. ex} smoke-web..com / heated-tobacco.com. Also same physical company address in NY, USA including incorrect zip code. I tried contacting support at [email protected].
