The product that was delivered to me not only is nothing like what is pictured, but they sent me the wrong size and when I asked for them to send me the correct size, they told me I would have to pay for shipping amounting to 38% of the original cost. Also, they refuse to refund me the $69.95 I paid for the merchandise, even though they sent me the wrong size. Instead, they are telling me that it will cost me 38% of the total price I paid to send them back to me, and only then will they send me the right size. They only offered me this option after I went back and forth with them many times over email (they say they do not have a phone number). Their original offer to me to return the merchandise or exchange for a new size was stated, as follows:

In essence, they are holding me hostage with a product I did not order but paid for, and will not give me my money back and require that I pay them for the product. Further, they are fishing for customers with a fake AI-generated site and phony storyline and address.
