Ordered in March and it’s now almost May without any updates. Status has been “shipped” for months, I emailed them weeks ago and never received an update.

This website was registered under Shopify as of 2022, hardly enough time to set up a fully functioning E-commerce site. The website uses Google paid search to appear at the top of search results pages when someone searches for “smile cushion slides” - a popular product usually bought from amazon. After placing an order, I received a confirmation email that said they would notify me when the product ships (within 5-10 business days). It has now been a month, and radio silence. Do not trust.
