Charged my credit card for x2 orders, $74.00 and received an email May 8th stating product was out for delivery...even with the mail service being slow, it’s now September and we think it’s not coming ? Would have thought better, but we too, were fooled into thinking this was a legit business.

Hello,

I ordered a product from this company and after weeks of waiting I contacted the company and they promised delivery, but nothing ever came. I sent several emails requesting my order or the return of my funds. Smart Garden USA did't refund or return my emails as of yet concerning my request. I know in my heart that I can't be the only one being taken advantage of by this scam. I also believe that not many people will know what to do when this type of scam happens to them and if this can help put a stop to this type of deception for future consumers, I'm all for supporting it. I'm requesting your help with unjustly scam. I'm an American Veteran and I believe any company using the name USA in their name should have the same respect and honor that I do for this great country of ours!!! Please help me with this matter at your earliest convenience!

Received targeted instagram ad for hydromousse grass seed and applicator. Order placed on 4/12 for $59.00. Received order number and shipping confirmation with estimated delivery of 5/2. Got an email saying it was delivered. We have worked from home since March and have a Ring doorbell; we know for a fact this was never delivered. They provide no tracking information. They send automated email replied saying they will get back to you-- they never do. They have a phone number on their website, (209) 435-4850, no one answers, generic voicemail saying they are unavailable. Received many other emails saying package is on it's way--- wait I thought it was supposedly delivered already? No business address either.

Do not buy from https://smart-garden-usa.com/! Make sure to vet your companies. We erroneously assumed Instagram had a way of properly vetting "businesses" that posted on their platform-- big mistake!

Online sale for Hydro Mousse....charged my card and sent notification on May 1st that item shipped. Did not post tracking number so don't know which company was to deliver. You put in E-Mail and order number to track! After about 10 days tracking said order delivered. I never received this item! Have sent numerous E-Mail and received automated response that said we have received your e mail and they would respond within 48 hours... never happened. When you call the phone number it says the party is unavailable now and to leave a message... nope.. never a call back! Pretty sure this co is a scam.. upset with myself to have fallen for it! Hope they can be shut down without further victims!
