I’m so glad I found this website. I’ve been in the financial industry with WFG for a few years and made some good money. But I need some steady income. Received the same text from Rosa about a possible job interview. I wanted to verify the if this was valid so I called multiple times and asked different questions. Each time I called and asked for Rosa, she was not available. I spoke to a Luis, Alesh, Moonti, Caitlin, and Peggy. Each time I called they could not answer any specifics about the company and kept insisting that I watch a company overview via zoom. They are so vague on the phone. Then I did some further research and realized this was a WFG company in Anaheim, CA with their business license suspended I’m 2018 for back taxes as Spartan Leadership Development under Jesus Alvidrez. I believe they are operating under another business entity of SLD Financial under Jennifer Lee. These two were Executive Level under WFG. I don’t think they are associated with WFG anymore because they are strictly branding SLD and do not even talk about the WFG system.

SLD is a cruel scam and quite possibly is operating under the guise of multilevel marketing. They no doubt have registered as an employer at the internet job search sites such as CareerBuilder. As such, if you inquire and post your information about ANY type of job they can get your contact info. In the covid19 era, SLD's source of possible "sucker" leads must be immense. Beware of the person posting on this site as "airplanedad". He's sure to be part of that criminal enterprise. This scam should be reported to the many, many online job sites and to the Federal Trade Commission as well as state and local Better Business Bureaus. Regretfully, not every victim and intended victim of SLD will find scampulse to report this scam so the more reports made to carious consumer organizations, the better. Thieves who try to take advantage of naive victims during this pandemic crisis are the worst of the worst kind of human being.

Hey everyone! I’ve found that all of these scam jobs are coming from me applying on Careerbuilder. Indeed doesn’t give out your phone number or email address, so I only apply thru them now. This is the 15th (FIFTEENTH!) scam job I have received by using careerbuilder to apply for 2 jobs! I deleted all my info from careerbuilder and only apply thru Indeed now.

Guys be aware, 2 usernames by SLD called airplanedad & integrity are being rude to people leaving truthful comments about their shady company on this site. Please be aware these are from SLD people who are up to no good! Stay away from SLD.

And i did see those trolls "airplanedad & integrity" attacking people for speaking the truth. They dont want the truth to come out because they want to continue scamming people for money. I recieved a random text on Monday stating that Rosa wanted to interview me. I thought because I submitted a few resumes on CB, it would be legit and I called and the person that picked up the phone (not Rosa) stated that "they were a fianncial company focusing on education and they went through plenty of resumes and liked mine the best." So, I recieved another text with their zoom link and I found this website to know more about their "company!" This website literally saved my life. I went on and put in the zoom link and exited out before the interview started! Blocked the number as well. This is a scam.

Thanks for this post. I got the same message when I called someone else answered the phone call and said that Rosa is her assistant. He does not give me any detail about the position. He just said I can schedule interview with directing manager. I think this is scam .

I got a a text 8/17/20- Mon. From 949-264-5302. Hi This is Rosa @ SLD regarding your resume. We have a couple of questions and possibly schedule an online interview. Call me at 949-767-3946. I called back to schedule my interview for wed but after trying to get info on what this company is all about, all i see is scam from people getting the same thing. So glad i saw this. I got a text from Rosa about a job. I called and Rosa was unavailable. I asked what position it would be for and they could not tell me. I asked for a company website and none was given. It was called SLD Leadership. I asked for a salary and none was given. Got the zoom interview in a few minutes.

Called (949)421-6263 and asked for Rosa. Kevin answered and stated she was busy. never gave me any information about the company. Sounds fishy from the get go. I was right. Nothing more than another financial scam to ilk people out of your money. When a business is not recommend by the BBB, as I learned by investigation of them, I knew nothing positive would come out of it.

Got a text message from “Rosa” expressing an interest in my resume posted on a job board. Called the number (949-421-6263) and another gal (didn’t catch the name) told me Rosa was out of the office but she was handling scheduling. I asked for the company website so I could brief myself before my interview on Wednesday. She said she didn’t have the info “on hand.” That was my first red flag, although the vagueness of the text really should have clued me in. Enclosed is the text; I blacked out my name since they used my full name (also odd, rather than my first name or Ms. Last Name).

“Rosa” will text and ask you to call her about an interview, but she’ll be “in a meeting” when you call. They’ll schedule you for a zoom meeting interview. I asked if they had a website and she said “it’s under construction until tomorrow afternoon”...conveniently after the interview. I read the reviews before I went further. These people are truly [censored] for trying to scam the unemployed.
