SLD Financial Reports & Reviews (182)

I am so happy I found this thread. I set up this interview because I am trying to find a new job. Applied for so many of them and I figured this “job” saw my resume and wanted to interview me. Good to know ahead of time to not follow through.

Another Scammer Alert

As I've seen on all these posts, we're all getting the same text. Which is a step above email phishing, which is pretty easy since the cookies any page collects that you travel to, can make a email list from your visit. So how would somebody, have an entire phone number list of people in need of, or are searching for help or finances? The common ground I'm considering, since my privacy and personal identity awareness are borderline paranoid, is possibly the Food Stamp App called PROVIDERS? Or worse could it be the DHS Offices themselves? Hmmm...
I wonder if Rosa Bross, SLD Solutions Inc and FOOD STAMPS Providers are connected?

sent me a text saying they got my name from CareerBuilders.com. They are using people applying for jobs and attempting to entice funds from them in various scams. They are using this ScamPulse.com registration as a way to show they are legit.

Attached a screenshot to show the messages they sent me. Ive been looking for remote work any and everywhere so much I couldn't keep track (my mistake). I responded via text to set up an interview at 9:20pm est! They responded 2 minutes later. No legit companies recruiter will be scheduling interviews after regular business hours.

THe review below is through and explains everythign! FYI -- SDL is STILL at it in 2021, almost 2022! Rosa is still in a meeting and Richard is still scheduling the zoom mtgs. I failed to do my research but luckily recognized the scam pretty quickly and left the Zoom "interview". DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Just received a text with emoji's for setting up a job interview from Rosa at SLD Inc on 10/14/21, guess she is still at it

Just received a text message on an interview and I called the number and they set up the interview and sent me a confirmation text

Let's be real...Nobody texts anyone for an interview. I've been through several interviews during the initial pandemic and even some since I became employed again and not a single employee just texts out of nowhere. As far as I'm concerned it's a bad business practice. Rosa can be the sweetest person in the world for all I care, but don't [censored]ing text my phone for an interview unless I opt in for that [censored]. Otherwise, you can [censored] off, Rosa!

Well [censored]. Rosa texted me too. She needs to chill the [censored] out, for real.

I personally met Rosa, she’s a good person with great intentions but she receiving labor and psychological abuse from these people.
I will not specify for the sake of her privacy but she’s going trough tremendous trials in her life and the people of this company have made her believe they will only be solved if she becomes successful with them.

They put their associates on a 1099 contract so they can legally make them do free work for them convincing them that any labor they do, as absurd as it can be, it’s related to building their business.
From what I know they access peoples resumes trough career builders so they can do hiring cold calls.I’m pretty sure they do similar approaches with Linked In and so. But in regards to career builders They purchase resumes by the thousands and they even use these resumes as a form of currency. For example, You can get 100 resumes a day if you paint the CEO’s office. They not only do labor abuse but also psychological abuse. They achieve this by making you attend to “life changing events” almost every weekend, including holidays, where they use some time to teach sales tricks and financial concepts, (their main sales tactics is by selling insurance policies to their associates loved ones, and the main product they push are Index Universal Life insurances). Most of the time in these events though, is used to share testimonies of people who “made it in the business”. Most of these testimonies are made up stories that are brilliantly made to reach people’s feelings. But the more you study these people, the more inconsistencies you find about their stories.

If you don’t attend these “big”events, you’re put into shame. Forcing people to spend every Saturday at the office.
And of course these events are not free, you can end up spending over $5000 a year in these things.
Most of their associates, if not all, have made few to nothing in sales and have to fake their success to attract more people into it.

Many lawsuits are open against SLD Financial but you have to use 3rd party browsers like DuckDuck Go to find out about it.(Google can hide your dirt if the price is right)
If Rosa contacts you, be kind to her try to put some sense into her and help her join the lawsuits. She is working for free, all day 7 days a week and her name is used as a shield for Jennifer and Jose.

I couldn't agree with you more! I was an associate in that office for almost 3 years and everything you say is the absolute truth. Rosa is being used by Jennifer and Jose in the worst possible way, but they are also using everyone who joins their so-called organization.

It’s was so informational I also got a text from Rosa regarding a zoom meeting for SLD

Thank you very much for this info. Just got a text from Rosa today. Felt odd about it, did a search and ended up here. Thanks again. We do need to be aware of all the scamming going on these days.

Rosa has great timing! I had just updated my LinkedIn profile when I got the SLD interview offer text from “Rosa”.
Glad I checked here first! Thanks to everyone who shared their Rosa from SLD experience.

Yep, "Rosa" is at it again. It appears to be an automated computer program that is sending texts and inserting people's first names in a variable of the program scraped off poorly ran job board websites.

I received a text from the number 9492294750 and "Rosa" has me call 9495930234. Here was the text:

"Hi [my name], This is Rosa at SLD. I came across your resume on Career Builders. Would like to schedule an interview. Call me at (949) 593-0234. Thank you"

I think I'll do the Zoom meeting, record it, and share it for some laughs ?

The person on the phone asked me my current job and if I was interested in doing something completely different. I'm glad I read all of these posts because I ended up scheduling a zoom call with them. Not anymore it looks like this is a scam and I hope nobody falls for this.

I've found them not only to be informative, but also upbeat and positive. It's the type of job I want, which is to help others, work remotely and in person as well as feeling as if I have a purpose. I have worked in the insurance business, sales and have been a citizen volunteer for 24 years. Sure there are things I have to work for, but that's typical with any job. I'm looking forward to learning more. No work or pyramid scam would have you get your fingerprints done and get a license.

Recently, I have received a message about a possible interview and I was excited at first but this isn’t my first rodeo of being scammed so I’d thought to share this: Hi Lourdes, This is Rosa at SLD. I came across your resume on Career Builders. Would like to schedule an interview. Call me at (949) 594-2405. Thank you!

Btw there’s also another guy who goes by the name of Kevin Dominique (he who scammed me as well for two months without pay) says that he works for Basic Electronics Incorporation Payroll Department; yeah don’t believe that [censored]e because the company itself DOES NOT have a payroll department. I double checked

+4

Yeah, I just received a text from Rosa at SLD. She came across my resume on Career Builders and would like to schedule and interview. Guess they're still trying LOL. The above info was very helpful as I am not wasting my time with these people.

+3

Me too! I’m getting the feeling of not being safe on Zip recruiter, Career Builder, and Indeed.com! Because I just got this text message: “Hi Lourdes, This is Rosa at SLD. I came across your resume on Career Builders. Would like to schedule an interview. Call me at (949) 594-2405. Thank you!”

Got a text that said this today: “Hi Angela This is Tony of SLD. I selected your resume off Career Builder. Are you still looking? Pls call me for interview 949-594-2402. Thx” I hope this helps someone from wasting their time or getting scammed.

text from 631-825-9535 " saying:
Hi "name " This is Laurie @SLD I selected your resume off Career Builder Pls call to discuss & possibly schedule an interview. 949-594-2402 :)

ps. This is the 3rd type of "JOB" someone has offered after putting my contact info on Career Builder. I plan on deleting the Career Builder all together. Did I mention they wanted me to pay $450 in training fees? lol
I just had fun wasting their time getting them to squirm about qeations they had no idea how to answer. It's Always fun wasting dumb peoples time who are trying to scam smart people. Let put a youtube Vid account togehter and share in the laughs.

Yep, I got a similar text that everyone is describing from Don and SLD. He’d seen my resume on careerbuilder and wanted me to call the number. I called this morning, knowing it was probably some scam operation. I got Rosa’s voicemail, and it’s out of her supposed business hours. At that point my googling of “Rosa, SLD, phone #, careerbuilders” brought me here. Glad this site is here to confirm what I pretty much knew. Being that I’m actually in the market looking for a job, this is NOT helpful and a waste of time and just a crappy thing to do. Hopefully something legit comes along. Thanks for having all this info up. All the best, everyone.

This was so informational and I appreciate all the messages that I’m reading here I got the same message from Rosa at SLD. I will not be doing a zoom meeting
